		<description>Try soaking the apples and pears in a mixture of Frangelico (http://www.frangelico.com/) and brown sugar for a bit before baking. Most of the alcohol will bake off and leave the nutty taste of the liquor behind. Yum!
Looks tasty...I like the look of those apples!</description>
